A bit about the League,
The Kelowna League has been around since the early 80’s. I have been playing in the League for the past 12 years. I started up a league in Vernon 4 years ago and Currently I run both the Kelowna and Vernon League.
We are sanctioned by BCBHA (BC Ball Hockey Association) BCBHA awards each league throughout the Province, Provincial spots. Each League receives an “B, C, D spot” at the Provincials. You would have to win the “B” Provincials or “B” Westerns in order to qualify for the “A” Provincials. Provincials will be held in Vernon this year. July 12-14 will be “A & D” divisions and July 19-21 will be “B & C” divisions That being said the Kelowna League this year has a …“B, C, D spot” Each team will have to declare what division they will be playing in.
We also play inter-league with Vernon Teams every Sunday. One week Vernon teams travel to Kelowna and the following week Kelowna teams will travel to Vernon. This system worked great last year.

Fighting is a $200 (Team) fine and a 1 year suspension to the Instigator.
